when necessary. Store prepared bags for travel.
Maintain a clean organized work space.

School Diploma or the equivalent required, with some
prior healthcare experience. Must be able to properly
assemble blood bags and identify any errors. Must
be able to interact with all levels, be well organized

Procedures. Experience with LifeTrack software a plus.

support for HR department. Provide basic guidance

Conduct annual open enrollment activities and ensure
internal communications. Responsible for event
planning; employee appreciation day activities,
lunches and meetings. Develop and type documents,
spreadsheets, and manuals, copies, files, and faxes
as needed. Publish the company newsletter on a
semi-monthly basis and monthly employee birthday and
anniversary lists.

Special Requirements: |

school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
Three plus years related Human Resources experience
required.
Ability to produce reports, documentation, and
communication using employer provided resources such as
MS Office suite. Must have general knowledge of office
procedures and equipment. Ideal candidate will possess
the ability to work independently and prioritize
assigned duties, maintain confidentiality, demonstrate
strong attention to detail and excellent communication
skills both written and verbal, as well as
organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
